This weekend I’m in Chicago at the BlogHer conference. I’m super excited to step outside of the lines of the computer screen and really meet and get to know new people, but it’s all very much outside of my comfort zone.
I came with a friend, you might know her from my blogroll – Satcy Girl – and I’m super excited that I have someone here in the same boat as me. First timers.
It’s going to be awesome, I don’t doubt that but I’m pretty sure I’ve experienced less culture shock in some of the 3rd world countries I’ve traveled to for humanitarian work. We really are an entire breed of our own.
