This is a very nifty little pan or is it a pot? Or a kettle?
I use it to boil my water for tea, and it’s a one pot shop for mac-n-cheese or making hard-boiled eggs. It’s just so nifty.
You don’t need a strainer because it has these great little holes in the lid.
It also has this great pouring spout.
The inside of the pan is even measured in cups for your convenience.
It’s the little things while living in this hotel for the next few weeks that really make my life easier. Not that it’s hard at all.
The handle is even appreciated.
Ahhhh, so nice.
Now if I could only get it to wash itself.

Oh wait, there’s a dishwasher too! Mwahahahaha. I might never come home.
Good call.
This is one of my absolute favorite pieces of cookware – next to my cast iron pan, of course. I use it to make jams (it pours directly into my prepped jars) and every day for my batches of herbal infusions and decoctions and even broths – as it’s got the volume on the side which I LOVE.
I found mine on a random trip into a TJMaxx (go figure) and if I ever see any again for the price I paid, I’ll stock up and give them as gifts to friends.
Happy cooking.
It came with the hotel and I’m so glad it did. I brought my enamel dutch oven with me, because this girl cannot live without it apparently, but haven’t needed it once! I’ll be on the lookout for one of these when we get home š
I love it that other people use words like “nifty.” about cookware.
I have this little pot and bought one for my mom too. We both love it.
